Personalized Mentorship for Early Career Professionals

Invest in yourself first

Internships and analyst roles in the financial industry are extremely competitive today and the skills needed to stand out during the interview process are different than what has made you successful in the classroom.

Employers are looking for polished candidates who can demonstrate they are eager to learn and can contribute to the team quickly.

About ME

My name is Kira.

I have 15 years experience in the financial industry spanning corporate M&A, insurance and alternative asset management. Throughout my career, I have been frequently approached for career advice and mentorship and found it incredibly rewarding to watch others implement my advice and achieve their professional goals and advance their careers.

I created Catalyst Mentoring to help finance professionals navigate the early stages of their career.  I specialize in helping college students find internships and full time roles, as well as early career professionals who are looking to improve their performance or who are looking for new opportunities.

I live in Westport, CT with my husband and two stepkids and outside of Catalyst Mentoring, I love to golf, play tennis and host backyard parties.
